When you're used to assembling things from IKEA, getting something like this was a pleasant surprise. Packaged extremely well. Not a mark or a scratch anywhere on any of the pieces. Assembly took some time but every pre-drilled hole and notch was perfect. IKEA needs to get a hold of their CNC machine. Not only was all the hardware actually there, but an emergency bag with extras of everything. My granddaughter should love this
