The chair is very good looking. Ordered 6 and had to send one back due to a damaged leg. They come preassembled. Only issue is the seat is not as firm as I expected.For whatever reason, the stock photos of this chair (which every seller seems to use) are deceptive in that the color of the chair is MUCH lighter in person that it appears in the photos and is more of a greenish/grey rather than a true grey. At first I thought it was just me but after seeing reviews of this same chair on other sites, I realized that it wasn't just me. I sent the chair back and here's where I was REALLY disappointed by the seller. It cost me $138.15 (more than half what I paid for the chair) to return back to the seller's warehouse which included a $50 surcharge because the box was oversized. The seller advised that they could not refund me any portion of this cost which was particularly disappointing to me since I live less than 50 miles away from the warehouse and it would've been cheaper for me to drive the chair back to the warehouse location than to ship it back. Not here to bad mouth the seller, but I couldn't stay silent about this because it really bothered me that in effect, I returned a brand new chair but once you factor in what I spent on returning the chair, I'm only being refunded $80 or so of the $228 I spent to purchase the chair.Beautiful chair - good value.Chair is very nice looking in person and was exactly what I wanted. The padding in the seat area could be a bit thicker and more comfortable, but overall this chair is very nice.I love these chairs. However I order a quanity of two and they are supposed to be 2 for this price. Should have been a total of 4 delivered. I ordered another quanity of two. Will see if I get four tomorrow or 2 again. *Update. It is only one chair for this price. I see the description has had the 2 chairs removed.I ordered the chair based on the picture of the chair with the brown leather backing and was shipped the jute backed chair. i expected i would receive the chair as pictured. Though the chair is nice, it is not as impactful with the Jute rather than leather.Great chair, was shipped as one piece. It is light and easy to move around. We have two in the office as guest chairs. They would work well as dining chairs also. I wouldn't use it as my "all day" chair but to each their own.Well-made & stylish @ a fantastic price. The "grey" we got is more of a grey-beige mix... that we like a lot. Relieved no assembly was required!!
